Well things have been way too busy and I forgot all about this blog of my first year back in kinder! YIKES! Learning the new common core standards and making centers, etc. is just so overwhelming but lots of fun! I can't even remember everything we have done during the first trimester. Past of the reason is I had to miss the last 8 days of school. My oldest son had back surgery so I spent 6 days in Phoenix at the Ronald McDonald Center. We love it there. They take such good care of us! We were finally able to travel to Flagstaff where my son lives and goes to school. We decided not to travel back to CA since he was still in so much pain. Well now it's three weeks and I am about to go home. I am definitely relaxed but forgot what it's like to teach...not really but it seems forever since I was in the classroom. We don't go back until Jan. 13th so I have time to figure it out. Here are some of the things I will be using when I go back.

I did it! I learned how to upload documents so others can print them. I also learned how to save a picture of the document to post it. Wow that took awhile. Maybe someday I will be as good as some of you! LOL!

It all began in August!

It all began in August that I fell in love with most adorable kinder kids! I have taught K-5 for 26 years and was given the opportunity to go back to kinder this year! I am the luckiest teacher! Not only do I love my kids but I love my partners! We all have strengths and bring so much to share to make our awesome program!

We began of course with Chicka Chicka ABC!

It was a fun getting to know all our kiddos! My partner Mr. P has 29 darlings in the morning and I have 29 darlings in the afternoon! We help each other during center time. It's going to be a great year!
